WEDDINGS

Put your mind at ease knowing A'flair will be there every step of the way. This package includes a free consultation 8-12 weeks before the big day, prior coordination with all vendors and on site services for the entire day and/or up to 10hrs.
Partial Package
No matter the size of your wedding, A'flair has the expertise and creativity that will help bring your ideas to life. This package provides you with a free consultation 8-12 weeks before the big day, prior coordination with all vendors and on site services for the day and/or up to 5hrs.
Close to the Day
Weddings can be unpredictable. In some cases, you don't know you need A'flair, until you need us. This package is generally requested within 2-4 weeks before and up to the big day. Which means no consultation or vendor coordination is provided. Time frame specific to needs.
PRIVATE PARTIES
Whether it's a birthday, baby shower or engagement party, rest assured that A'Flair will help execute the day you've envisioned, by ensuring things run smoothly.
Full Package
Size doesn't matter! But bigger is always better! Whatever the stature of your event, A'Flair has got you covered. This package includes a free consultation, (between 6-8 weeks prior to the event) full day of service for up to 6hrs, with prior coordination with vendors.
Partial Package
Having a more intimate event? Great, let's do it!
This package includes a free consultation (at least 30-45 days before the event), part day of service, up to 3hrs, with prior coordination with vendors. (if applicable)
Close to the Day
Time is a Tick'n! Even at the last minute A'Flair is there to guarantee your event flows like it should. This package is customized based on time and client needs. Must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Corporate Events can range from conferences, to corporate parties or even employee fun days. Either way, A'Flair is here to coordinate your day!
